Managing Assets

Assets such as company cars, computers and other equipment can be managed from purchase right through to sale, with the ability to record and report on various aspects of the purchase, lease, maintenance, valuation and eventual disposal of the asset.  Please note, this section is not intended to be used with on-site machinery such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners etc., which are best managed through the Managing Machinery Section (see below).

Managing Machinery

Managing Machinery within CleanLink is simple. With the aid of the mobile device software managers can remotely ‘move’ machinery between locations, add machines to locations and see serial numbers and electrical PAT test due dates, to ensure full health and safety compliance. Details of machine types, serial numbers, numbers of machines available and on site and even depreciation costs related to machines can be seen from base CleanLink. A company asset number may also be assigned to a machine and held in the inventory.
