CleanLink develops software solely for the contract cleaning industry and is used by companies of all sizes - from the small family firm through to large PLCs. CleanLink includes all the functions needed to operate a Cleaning Company.

From lead handling, quoting and site management to contract end, with invoicing, payroll (inc. In year and EOY electronic filing), site audits, periodics, stores, site budgets, machinery, risk assessments, security badges and with all the little, but important bits in between. This includes sales and purchase ledgers, global email, 250 reports and links to external accounts packages e.g. Sage.

CleanLink comes in three parts:

Allows operatives to carry up to date site information on a PDA or smartphone, do site audits, take on new staff, make a stores order or record an extra clean with cleaners time sheets.

At the backend our own multi currency accounts package or if you prefer built in links to other packages.
