CleanLink's Site Manager application operates in three modes:
Query – View only no amendments can be made
Modify – Allows the alteration or deletion of an existing record
Create – New records can be added
Wherever you are in the Site Manager application, by clicking the right hand mouse button, the following menu is displayed:

Main Menu – returns you to the main CleanLink screen
Warnings – a list of items that may need attention
Cases – also available via Sites > QC
Site Notes – also available via Sites > Notes
Site Actions – also available via Sites > Notes
Site Query – also available via Sites > Notes
Credit Control – also available via Sites > Invoices
Mobile – CleanLink Mobile Service
Email – Opens Site Manager email functionality
Report Selection - Jumps directly to the Main Reports section
Management Reports – also available via Pay > General Reports
Jump to: Jumps to the selected item in Sites, Clients, Staff, Stock or Furlough.
Search – also available via the query button
FAQ – useful for basic queries on CleanLink
Calculator – Opens a calculator application
Calendar - opens a simple monthly-view calendar linked to Diary Notes
Query Centre - also available via the Query tab

About CleanLink – Enter Mobile Pin Numbers. – also available via Pay > General Reports
If you become stuck in a screen, press F2 and Escape. Any changes that have been made to the record will be lost. Also check the report viewer WnBrowse is closed, it may be minimised and in the bottom tray.
You can exit the screen you are working in clicking on any other visible page or tab.
Esc Saves and Exits.
F1 Help.
F2 Cancel.
F3 Delete current line/record.
F4 Add Line/record.
F5 Pick List, Zoom, Drill Down, and more Information.
F6 Wide - Shows whole field if truncated.
F9 Calendar.
F10 Calculator, also Retype and Save Passwords.
If you are populating a field with data from a list (e.g. selecting an Area Manager or member of staff), double-click or press F5 to bring up a list to choose from
Sites are the pivotal centre of CleanLink. Nothing can be done unless there is an active Site. Clients and Sites are never deleted. Make them inactive and they will not show or be used.
Only when adding a new Client, Site, Staff or Issuing Stores is there a Save button. At all other times, moving off the record, pressing the Escape key or clicking on a Menu option will automatically save the entry. When closing Invoice, Pay, Work Sheets and QC cycles, there is a red confirmation screen. This is the point of no return for committing data changes.
On most tables throughout CleanLink you can find the information you require by typing the first letters or numbers of the name or number to be searched.
At the very bottom of the screen there is a status line, this shows the User, Mode, and ZOOM’. If ZOOM appears a drill down or pick list is available. This is accessed either via the F5 key, or by double-clicking. If you are typing data into a field and you see WIDE in the status bar, this indicates that the field length exceeds the box size on the screen. You will need to scroll back and forth to be able to read the whole field.
