Logging On to a Mobile Device

Logging on to a mobile device is essentially the same across Android and IOS applications.  

 

Click on the CleanLink icon and log in by entering your pin number:

You will now be presented with the Inbox and this can vary across the different platforms.  Clicking on the either of the options below will take you to the relevant information:

NB. The Y Type Form and Customer Service Review task options will only appear if the corresponding forms have been ‘Sent’ from Site Manager.

 

The colored dots shown on the site icons are based the last audit date at the site.  This last audit date is updated when an audit is recorded using the Mobile App or in Site Manager.  A Red dot means that it's been more than 1 month since last audit and an Orange dot means that it's been more than 7 days since last audit.
