Re-opening a Case

Cases can be reopened after they have been closed should they need to be updated. Right-click from anywhere within CleanLink Site Master and select Cases.

This brings up a list of all closed cases in site order.

Click OK & Exit to leave the History screen. The re-opened case can now be updated. See Updating a Case for further details.
