The warnings overview screen is colour coded with a legend to easily see which warnings relate to each part of the program. Each colour has a separate tab within the warnings screen which can be viewed and where necessary printed to be worked through. For example the vehicles tab will show warnings for vehicles with expiry dates for MOTs, Insurance and services due.  

The Legend

Actions – these would display details of actions that a user has manually created for a particular group of people or department to view, comment on and then action.  

Cases – details of cases which require attention appear here, they will have been created manually in Site Manager, via the Portal or CleanLink Mobile or automatically created from an audit which falls below the set trigger percentage.

Credit – shows when a call back request is set against an outstanding invoice.

Ord. Ref. – is displayed on the warnings screen when an order reference expiry date has been entered in Regular Invoicing and is approaching expiration.

PAT – details of machinery which are reaching the expiry of the PAT due date will show under this heading.

Review – this will either be used to show the contract renewal date for a Site is approaching or the next review for a regular invoice line is due, it is clear from the description which is which.

Risk – displays information about which Sites are approaching their next Risk Assessment date.

Staff – this will display details of Staff warnings including Work Permits expiring, next staff review date and qualifications due to expire etc.

Stores – this is used as a reminder and shows when a re-order level has been set for a stores item and the level in the depot is now below that re-order level.

Supplier – displays details of when a supplier is due their next review or their insurance is due to expire soon.

Vehicles – this will give details of vehicles which have MOTs or insurance due to expire as well as services which are due.
