From anywhere in CleanLink, right-click and select Management Reports from the quick menu:

 

Click on a button to view an example of each report.

 

 

 

A. Clients Listing

 

This report provides a list of Clients. You can choose to include all Clients or filter by Division, Area, Supervisor or Client. You can also select which details to include for each site such as Emergency Details, Staff at Site and Cleaning Days/Times.

B. Visit Sheets

 

This report provides details Cleaning Times for all/selected Clients. You can choose to include all Clients or filter by Division, Area or Supervisor.

C. Starts and Stops

 

This report provides details of any sites that start or stop within a chosen date range.

D. Site Exceptions

 

This report shows sites that either have or does not have a certain feature selected from the list below.

 

 

Example: This Exceptions Report details TUPE sites.

 

 

 

E. Closed Sites

 

This report details sites that have a period of closure within a chosen date range.

F. Machinery

 

This report details the machinery available. You can filter by Division, Area, Client or Site and also choose to view only Machines whose PAT expires before a specified date.

This report provides Site contact details.
