In the Clients tab, select your chosen Client and select 'Sites', now select 'Add'


Division - Use F5 button to select which division this site is a part of.
Area Manager - Use F5 button to select the area manager who is responsible for this site. Leave blank if no area manager assigned to this site.
Supervisor - Use F5 to select a Supervisor if this site has one. Leave blank if no Supervisor allocated.
Default Invoice Cycle - Use F5 to select which Invoice Cycle the site will run.
Start Date - The date the site started.
Contract Renewal Date - When entered, a warning will appear 3 months before this date, i.e. when the contract is due to be renewed.
Termination Date - If this site is a temporary site you may enter the end date for this site.
Last Increase - This will show when the last price increases were for this site. Leave blank when setting up.
Geographic Area - Use F5 to select an area this site falls into. Can be left blank.
Cleaning Time - Enter the times the site is cleaned - this info will be transferred to the mobile device if using them.
Days Cleaned - Enter the number of days per week the site is cleaned.
Works Bank Hols - Tick this box if this site is cleaned on Bank Holidays. This will treat bank holidays as normal working days
Wks Worked - Enter the number of weeks this site is cleaned per year.
Ready For - Tick which days the site is cleaned each week.
Stores Depot - Use F5 to select where stores will be drawn from, required if stock is distributed from an internal depot.
TUPE Site - Tick this box if this is a TUPE site.
Lone Worker Site - Select if the site is covered by the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations.
CRB Required - Tick this box if this site requires employees to have a valid DBS (formally CRB).
Payslip Req. - Tick this box if staff at this site require payslips.
In some cases you may wish to recreate an existing site under a different Client, you can do this by utilising the Copy option. To do this go to Clients > A. Maintain Clients > Maintain Sites > Add under your required client.




After saving you will have the opportunity to enter Regular Invoice and Budget information for the new site.
