Managing Site Contacts

The Site Contacts button (Site > Contacts) gives the opportunity to record the details of contacts related to a site in addition to those recorded in the Site > Address tab. This function can also be used for recording the telephone number from which employees will log in and out if using the Ezi-Tracker time and attendance system.

Adding Contacts

 

To add a new Contact enter the Contacts screen through Site > Contacts and click Modify (you will not need to do this if this is the first contact to be created on the site).

Modifying Contacts

 

To modify an existing contact go to Site > Contacts and click Modify, you will then be able to amend the details as required or select Delete to remove a contact.

Copying Contacts

In some circumstances you may wish to copy the contacts from one site to another, you can do this through Site > Contacts > Copy Contacts.

Printing Contacts

You can print a list of all site contacts by selecting Site > Contacts > Print.
