Terminating a Site

Sites may become inactive for a number of reasons such as contracts ending or the site shutting down. When this happens you will need to Terminate a Site.

Setting up Reasons

If you wish to record the reasons for Site Termination for future reference you will need to set up Termination Reasons, go to the Setups > AC. Termination Reasons button.

This opens the Termination Reason screen. There are no default entries.

Terminating a Site

 

When you become aware that a site is going to cease being active you can enter a date under the Client > B. Maintain Sites > Site Info tab. If you have selected to Force Entry of Reason when terminating/de-activating a site (see above) you will have to select a reason from the drop down list.
